Uploaded financial documents for Enterprise assessments are encrypted at upload time using AES-256 — the same algorithm trusted by banks and government systems — with decryption keys managed separately from the data store. The AI analyzes your documents to cross-reference figures against what you shared in your conversation. No human reads your documents. ClearValue Advisory uses AI-generated market multiple ranges based on published M&A research, industry transaction data, and general market conditions. We do not pull live comparable transactions from databases like BizBuySell or DealStats in real time. Our valuations produce a professional, data-informed range — not a certified appraisal with verified comparable transactions. For a USPAP-compliant appraisal based on verified comps, consult a licensed business appraiser.
